2021 Adult Body & Soul

Class Minimum: 5 participants
Body and Soul for Adults is a workshop that combines simple movement exercises with gentle stretching, mindfulness, and meditation. Perfect for the participant who is looking for a thoughtful hour dedicated to rejuvenation, ease of tension, and presence. (Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, water, and towel.)
SPRING SEMESTER 2021 NOTABLES:
SPRING VACATIONS: No classes will be held over February (15-20) and April (19-24) vacation, but these weeks will be used to make-up weather-related cancellations.
FINAL PERFORMANCES: The final performance will be recorded and streamed on The MMAS Academy Facebook page. We will re-evaluate the possibility of a live performance as the semester progresses.
CLASS MINIMUMS: 4 Participants

MONTHLY PAYMENTS: Following registration, monthly payments will be charged to your account, the 1st of February, March, and April of 2021.
