The perfect place for your little Princess. Campers will dance, sing, read stories, play games, create crafts, and act like a different princess each day. It’s sure to be an enchanting week!
On Friday, June 30 our princesses will present a short performance at 11:30 am followed by an enchanting tea party for family and friends.

Sing, act and dance your way through a week-long exploration of heroes and villains from Broadway and Disney musicals.
This special one-week program is a perfect introduction to MMAS educational camps or a wonderful capstone week for MMAS educational veterans!

THE PLAY’S THE THING: DISCOVERING THE REAL SHAKESPEARE!
A PERFORMANCE BASED CAMP INTRODUCING STUDENTS’ TO THE MAGICAL, MYSTICAL, MAGICAL WORLD OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE! Perfect for young actors who love theatre, even if they have no experience with Shakespeare – especially so, in fact! While Shakespeare’s plays are often presented as challenging, The Play’s The Thing will explore Shakespeare’s plays the way they were originally intended: in sound and movement, no reports or dictionaries necessary!
Featuring a variety of scenes and monologues across Shakespeare’s body of work, students will learn tricks to understanding and enjoying these plays in any context. Kids with a passion for theatre will spend a week exploring some of the most powerful texts in the English language and gain a fresh and energized appreciation for Shakespeare through improvisation, group discussion, and creative exploration of his texts. The Play’s The Thing will conclude in a final performance certain to delight family and friends.

Targeted for students Grades 5-9, Tuition: $225.00
This is the perfect tool with which to study character development, lyric analysis, and musicality, whether for auditions or
performance. This camp with feature both comic and dramatic scenes and songs from classic and contemporary musical theatre.
Once you have developed the skills to play these scenes believably and with conviction, you will be ready to tackle the challenge of any musical theatre style. On July 28 at 3pm there will be a public performance for family and friends.

Suggested for Ages: 11+, $450 per camper
Shrek’s story is a one-of-a-kind, hilarious fairy tale in which curses are reversed, monsters get the girls, donkeys and dragons find love, and princesses are beautiful in all shapes and sizes. Shrek-tacular! will explore the musical theater process from the audition to final staged production. Sessions will be focused on rehearsals and character work. Students are required to attend all sessions and must be available for the final presentation for family and friends on the on the last day of the session, August 4th.

A summer camp geared toward the passionate musical theatre enthusiast who wants to sing, dance, and act! Shake It Up! will give participants the opportunity to practice the essential skills to perform rock and roll musical theatre material. This fun and energetic camp will prove a terrific vehicle on which to develop dynamic performance skills.
The final session, Friday, August 11 will include a dress rehearsal from 9-3 followed by a pizza party and then a 6 pm performance for family and friends in MMAS’s new space. Come and have a blast while you learn the musical theatre ropes in this terrific summer offering. Sign up today!
