Specifications: All submissions will be approximately 20” or less in Height and Length including frame, 2D only
The Morini Gallery will accept a .jpg file for each submission by email to email@example.com Each file must be named with the last name of the artist, a hyphen, then the name of the piece, hyphen then the number of your submission. (Example: If you are entering 3 pieces: Smith-Bayview-1.jpg, Smith-Seagrass-2.jpg and Smith-Seagulls-3.jpg)
Please also indicate the Title, the Medium and the Dimensions of each work (including frame) in your emailed submission. Up to 5 pieces may be submitted for hanging.
The Morini Gallery reserves the right to exclude any work it deems to be inappropriate.
Entry fees: There will be no entry fees, only a $5 hanging fee for each work chosen. Fees must be received at drop-off. The gallery retains a 25% commission from all sold work. All fees are non-refundable

Notification of Decision: All artists’ whose work is selected will be notified by email on Wednesday November 29th.
Delivery of All Accepted Work: All work must be delivered on December 4th and 5th between 10:30 AM – 4 PM to the Morini Gallery at the MMAS Black Box Theater 377 North Main St., Mansfield, MA. All works must be delivered appropriately wired for hanging and framed properly when necessary. If pieces do not appear as they did in submission or are not in good gallery-ready condition the gallery reserves the right not to hang them for the Art Sale.
Artists Reception: The Artists Reception and “Wine Tasting” is being planned. The date TBA
Pick up Artwork: February 5th and 6th at the Morini Gallery between 10:30AM – 4:00PM.
